For my commissions, you can contact me via Instagram DM or Email, anywhere else you will risk not getting seen. If Discord DMs work well for you, include that in your message and we can operate through that too!all my links are on the home page !
TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions, please read this entirely and carefully.GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• Commissions are first come first serve, if I fill my slots before getting to your request, I will reach out and offer you a spot on my waitlist.
• Please allow for up to a week for me to respond to your initial order inquiry.
• Your commission slot will only be confirmed once you receive a reply from me discussing the details (as needed)
• Please provide reference material! To ensure the accuracy of the commission, the more the better
• Time taken varies depending on the commission, if there are delays, or if i need more time, i will let you know
• You are free to request progress updates at any time! As I work in batches, it may take me time to respond/ have a substantial update. (I will inform you if it is going to take me over a week to reply.)

PROCESS:
1) Commission request via my DMs or Email
2) I will reply to you and we can discuss prices, or I can send you my commission form to fill out
3) Commissions start and 50% payment upfront
4) I will provide sketches/thumbnails for feedback
5) Flat colours/ rendering (this will usually be the longest phase)
6) Final render is complete, remaining 50% payment will be invoiced and the final will be sent via EmailPERMISSIONS
• You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
• You may not claim my work as your own.• You are NOT authorised to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
• You are NOT authorised to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
• Clients may use their commissions for personal use! if posted on social media, please credit and link back to me
• Clients may not use their commissions for commercial use / financial gain (e.g merch / posters / etc.) without prior discussion with me.
• Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of my commissioned work in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency.
• Any aspect of my work may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.PAYMENT
• All prices are in Euro
• It is expected that you deposit 50% of the price upfront before I start. You can send the other 50% immediately or when i am delivering the finalised commission
• After 50% of the payment is sent, I will start Sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you.
• I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
• Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method , but do not require an account to pay. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.REFUNDS
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
• Past the sketching stage there will be NO REFUNDS.
• I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
• If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.PAYPAL DISCLAIMER
• Please note that all of my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is the Artwork’s “Intellectual Property” that is purchased by you, the Client.
• Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
Breanna Karoli (Soulars) Is an Australian artist currently based in portugal, who's work is based in sci-fi inspired digital art, with a focus on Concept Design and Worldbuilding, and extensive experience in video editing.Soulars is proficient in Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint, with an extensive understanding of the editing program After Effects.
